Argentus is excited to be working with a leading organization in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space on a search for a Customer Service Key Accounts Representative (O2C)! This organization is a well-established player in the market, known for its strong operational footprint and collaborative, cross-functional environment. They’ve partnered with Argentus to support a key hire within their Order-to-Cash function on a contract basis.

Supporting the company’s operations in GTA West, ON, this role will act as the primary operational interface between the business and a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle—managing everything from order entry and validation through to billing, issue resolution, and customer communication. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies related to pricing, invoicing, delivery delays, and service issues.

This role offers a high level of cross-functional exposure, requiring close collaboration with multiple departments to diagnose and resolve root causes of operational challenges. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate master data and ensuring compliance with internal controls and O2C processes, while proactively identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement. In addition, the role will support ongoing transformation initiatives within the team, helping to maintain operational continuity during periods of change.

In short, this is a fast-paced, customer-facing role at the centre of supply chain operations, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder management, and driving service excellence across key accounts.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash environments, ideally within a complex or fast-moving industry such as CPG. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is strongly preferred, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary Target: $80,000 (on payroll)
