Argentus is working with one of our top clients in the Food & Beverage sector on a brand new customer supply chain opportunity. This organization has a large global footprint, with a suite of excellent brands, and a Canadian operation that is growing fast. As part of their continued growth in the Canadian marketplace, they’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Supply Chain Manager!
Working on a Hybrid basis from the company’s office in either Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC, this sole contributor role will provide customer service for the company’s supply chain distribution operation. In this critical role, the successful candidate will collaborate with the supply chain, sales and finance departments to capture and process customer orders, and execute distribution with a high level of efficiency, cost effectiveness, and performance. You will ensure orders are correctly entered in the SAP ERP system, process customer invoices, manage receivables to ensure that payments are matched with invoices, and work with the Supply Planning Manager to issue Purchase Orders for production, ensuring a high level of performance for a variety of customer service KPIs (e.g. OTIF, CFR, Open Orders, etc.) in both French and English. In general, you will ensure exceptional customer service through the end-to-end supply chain process between the company’s production and customers, identifying root causes for issues and applying continuous improvement methodology to find efficiencies in the process.
